Isobar 350 CO X-Flex is a premium hose from Hydroscand, especially adapted for hardwearing environments where durability and flexibility are essential. It is most suited for applications with very high pressures and impulses combined with a lot of external abrasion. The hose is ideal for marine environments, industrial applications, construction and mining equipment and oil field equipment.
Isobar 350 CO X-Flex is MSHA-approved and flame resistant. The outer cover is made of weather- and oil-resistant rubber while the inner tube is composed of synthetic oil resistant rubber. This gives the hose its flexibility.
The hose is reinforced with four spirals of steel wire and is suitable for temperatures ranging from -40 to 120°C. The spiral reinforcement ensures an extremely high working pressure up to 350 bar on all hose dimensions, yet the hose is still extremely flexible and manageable, having a bending radius of between 24% and 56% tighter than the equivalent standard 4-wire hose (depending on hose diameter), making it easy to remove and replace.
