Vibration sensors protect rotating machinery

A new range of vibration sensors has been launched for monitoring levels of vibration on critical rotating machinery in the production and process industries.

Models in the HS-130 sensor series have been designed as compact devices and weigh in at just less than 30 grams. These robust industrial accelerometers are of stainless steel construction and are sealed to IP65 allowing them to be used in harsh industrial conditions.

The sensors are used in predictive maintenance roles to monitor vibration levels on important plant such as fans, motors and gearboxes.

The new HS-BE series of sensor connection boxes are an ideal companion for the HS-130 sensors. The enclosures are sealed to IP55 and can accommodate up to four channels of sensors, connected via the BNC connectors.
