The LUST LTi ServoOne High Performance servo drive system with output currents from 4 A to 170 A can drive a broad spectrum of motor types from synchronous servomotors through induction motors to linear and torque motors.
Comprehensive motion control functionality and programmability to IEC 61131 are incorporated in the drive. Function modules for cam discs, electronic gearing and axis-synchronised positioning for single or multi-axis applications can be selected as options.
The motion control functions are complemented by a range of communication interfaces. High-speed synchronised multi-axis movements are performed on a microsecond cycle using SERCOS II or EtherCAT motion control buses. Connections to other fieldbus interfaces such as CANopen or PROFIBUS permit integration into a very wide range of automation solutions.
Despite its versatility, the LUST LTi ServoOne is easy to manage. The DriveManager graphic PC software with its comprehensive functions from project and data management through to a realtime oscilloscope capability considerably shortens the installation time. The configuration software has full networking capability via the Ethernet TCP/IP interface. This allows several axis modules to be connected and controlled concurrently within the project. A USB interface is provided for simple peer-to-peer communication with the PC.
