The PMU 30 series of human machine interface (HMI) from LS Industrial Systems incorporates an upgraded high-speed graphic controller and is available in a wide range of screen sizes from 14 to 31 cm.
Equipped with a 32-bit RISC processor and 256 colour support, graphics are rendered rapidly and high speed communication is handled with ease. Multithreading means that calculation speed has also been improved.
For application and data security these HMIs use Flash memory. 256K of memory is available for data logging and recipe storage and the units can have additional memory installed for logging purposes.
For system integration, connection to PLCs and interfacing to other peripherals there are various communication interfaces available including RS232C/422 ports, RS485 port and printer port (PMU-730/830).
