Ultraline is a leading UK manufacturer of pneumatic rodless cylinders and supplier of magnetic sensors, with a network of worldwide distributors, including Numatics, in South Africa.
Ultraline rodless cylinders have been used extensively on a wide range of applications around the world. These include door actuation, screen printing, special purpose machinery, woodworking, glass industry, food processing and bag filling to mention a few.
The success of the rodless cylinder range has been credited to the high performance sealing systems, low leak rates, precise cushioning and excellent load moving capability, as well as the ability to supply within 24 hours. Available in various sizes with strokes from 6 m as standard with a compact option of slide bearing carriages for heavier load movement. The cylinders are available in diameters 18, 25, 32, 40, 50 and 63 mm. Ultraline is able to satisfy the needs of most applications as well as being able to supply specials to customer specification. The Ultraline team, together with Numatics (its South African partner), ensure that the demands of the machine builders and designers are satisfied where rodless cylinders are needed.
To assist in the selection of an Ultraline rodless cylinder to suit any application, a free CD ROM is available. The CD is easy to use and provides step-by-step instructions on selection program and complete 2D and 3D drawing files.
