Kutting Hydraulics and Kenja Group merge
3rd Quarter 2016
News & events
Kutting Hydraulics has merged with Kenja Group. Situated in Jetpark, Boksburg, the merged entity is now trading as Kenja Group. With stronger technical skills and increased capacity, Kenja is able to assist with a wide variety of hydraulic and pneumatic needs.
Brands represented include David Brown Hydraulics and Radicon. Kenja provides service and repair on all leading brands of hydraulic components. These are carried out by qualified staff in accordance with OEM specifications and include the use of genuine replacement parts and accessories. All components are tested on computerised test benches at operating pressure ratings to ensure repair components meet the stringent criteria prescribed by the relevant OEM.
Kenja is ISO 9001:2008 certified and has the capability to manufacture cylinders ranging from 40 to 1000 mm in diameter and up to 14 m in length in its state-of-the-art facility. All OEM units are built to OEM specification, while made-to-order units are manufactured to specifications supplied by its in-house design office, with certification supplied where necessary. After assembly the hydraulic components are thoroughly tested on the test benches with no human intervention and a test certificate accompanies every hydraulic component.
The mobile field service has grown to over 28 vehicles and is now recognised as having the leading response time for cost-effective onsite hose and hydraulic repairs and emergencies. The company is also one of South Africa’s leading importers of high pressure hose, fittings and accessories, all of which are ISO 9002 accredited.
