Kübler's family grows

1 June 2010

The new Kübler pulse and time counters, Codix 14x, supplement the family and are now able to operate from line voltage.nCodix 140 and Codix 141, the latest products in the Codix counters family are high performance products featuring many advantages: for example, the clear 8-digit display, with its 8ᅠmm high figures, ensures quick information at a glance. In addition, total numbers of impulses or times are displayed directly, making application sequences particularly transparent.
The compact new Codix measures only 48 x 24 x 48 mm: a DIN housing size which can be accommodated in a wide range of applications. The IP65 protection, as well as a wide operating temperature range (-20 to +65°C), make the new Codix products ideal for demanding applications. Another handy feature is the multifunctional Reset key that can be disabled by means of a separate input.
The display and time counters Codix 14x have a high counting frequency of up to 12 kHz actuated by means of dry contacts or voltage pulses. Their range of application includes totalisers, parts counting, time recording, and many others.
Reliable protection against data loss is provided by EEPROM. In addition, thanks to screw terminals with a 5 mm pitch, connection is both easy and flexible. Quick PNP or slower NPN actuation, via separate inputs, completes the feature list.
